If you are having a problem logging in to your gmail account in Outlook, and you are getting popups asking to log in, whether you have 2 step verification on or not:
Try:
-Changing your password. I know it sounds weird but this solved it.
– try using the google Captcha login page https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha
Use the Windows 10 Photos app to try to open the file and then download a HEIC plug-in from the Microsoft store
OR
Install CopyTrans HEIC for Windows. This tool adds full support for HEIC images to Windows. You’ll see thumbnails for HEIC files in File Explorer on Windows 10 (or Windows Explorer on Windows 7), and they’ll open in the standard Windows Photo Viewer. With this tool installed, you’ll also be able to insert HEIC files directly into Microsoft Office applications.

Try once the recreate the preferences of the application.
Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
If that does not help, uninstall the application using the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool – Adobe Labs.
Then restart your system and then install the application from here Adobe – Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Check if that helps.
