To view how much storage space is available in a user’s mailbox

Go to Office 365 admin center
Click Active Users
Click on user
At right, click Mail menu at top
Click Edit Exchange Properties
Click Mailbox Usage

Open a PowerShell and paste the following

cmd /c dir “c:\users” /s /b /a |? {$_.length -gt 254}|Out-File $env:USERPROFILE\Downloads\longpaths.txt -noclobber
