The following program can rename many file formats based on the metadata in the file. As of 2023-03-13 it can’t read the metadata in HEIC pictures.

1. Open CMD as an Admin
2. Enter the following command
   powercfg /batteryreport /output c:\breport.html
3. Open the report and scroll down to look for:
   Design Capacity – (capacity when brand new)
   Full Charge Capacity – (capacity it can currently hold when fully charged)
   Cycle Count – (How many times the battery went through a full charge)

Another option is to use a free utility called BatteryInfoView from Nirsoft
